Andy Owens |
Andy Owens is the chairman of the "International Bluegrass Music Association" (IBMA) and stopped off in Israel while on a world tour with his family who are all "into" the music. Paul Graham and I spent a pleasant Saturday afternoon jamming with them at Tzora.
His band, The Andy Owens Project, has since released a fine CD - "Kerosene Circuit"
